Sauna infusion and delightful Baltic Sea shivers from the beginning of the season

We welcome you again this year to the island’s only sauna tent. A cozy gathering place where you can melt in the heat and enjoy the scent of essential oils. We have space for groups of up to 12 people.

Sauna infusion is aromatherapy that works purifying, relaxing, and leaves the body balanced with a sense of renewed energy.

Sauna infusion in the tent lasts for an hour and includes 3 infusion sessions. Between each session, you can take a dip in the fresh Baltic Sea and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with a glass of cold juice and a snack.

Everyone is welcome at Nordskoven – also for Sauna infusion. You don’t have to stay at the campsite.

Morning yoga under the treetops – highly addictive!

Start your day with a yoga session under the treetops in the fresh air. Here, you awaken your morning body with presence and focus, preparing it for the day’s adventures and challenges. Anyone, regardless of knowledge of yoga, can participate, and you have the option to borrow a yoga mat from us. There is morning yoga on selected days from 8-9 am.

HOT-YOGA

Mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and sensual movement in a combination of the heat in the sauna tent and the sun under the treetops in Nordskoven – welcome to HOT YOGA. Marcello is responsible for this special combination where body and soul are pampered and activated at the same time.
